I normally don’t keep up with the Tennessee Democratic Party. It’s not that I have anything against Democrats. It’s just that I live in East Tennessee. This means, even if I wanted to embrace my Democraticyishness, it’d be pointless to do so. For the record, I don’t want to embrace my Democraticyishness… any more than [...]

Don Fenley squashed the rumor floating around that Kingsport’s redlight cameras double as speed cameras.
Here’s how it started:
Michael Silence, the all-knowing blog-watcher for the Knoxville News Sentinel, recently linked to a blog regarding Kingsport’s red light cameras.
Kingsport Times-News blogger, Don Fenley, didn’t follow the link – or if he did, didn’t bother to read beyond [...]

Posted in Uncategorized on Mar 26th, 2008
Adam “A.C.” Kleinheider, who until recently ran the respected VolunteerVoters.com site for WKRN-TV News 2, will on Monday join NashvillePost.com to augment the site’s breaking news coverage with a political blog.

Apparently, Thaddeus Matthews posted [...]

CNN Reports Old News
Posted in Uncategorized on Jul 12th, 2007
CNN reports that former Tennessee Senator Fred Thompson will likely announce his presidential campaign in August rather than mid-July as so many expected. Kleinheider at Volunteer Voters predicted the August declaration… way back in April, stating:
“He will delay this decision as long as he possibly can. As long as he can is August. [...]
