A man, who had been arrested Monday evening for possession of marijuana, made bail, promptly stole a golf cart and headed off on Interstate 81 in Washington County, Virginia toward his home – in Virginia Beach. He was re-arrested around 2:30AM Tuesday after a passing motorist called 911 to report the unusual mode of transportation.
