The Cruise In is hosted by the Rogersville Main Street Program. The first one (May 23) was the Memory Lane Cruise In. Tonight was sponsored by Citizens Bank. The Cruise In is held monthly on the second Friday. We had 80-100 cars tonight. Eagles Creek Band performed in front of the Courthouse. Party Bounce, for children, was set up next to the Hale Springs Inn. Next one is July 11 @ 6:00. The BBQ and Bluegrass Party was sponsored by the Heritage Association in the Crockett Springs Park.

If I was ever seen drinking in public I fear angry hordes of members of the Women's Christian Temperance Union and their Scientific Temperance Instruction League would stampede up my street with pitchforks and torches to set my house on fire for being an infidel.
