Yesterday, Governor Phil Bredesen named appointments to 32 state boards and commissions. Among those were two Hawkins County residents:
William Guy Justis of Bulls Gap to the State Soil Conservation Commission and Robert M. Stidham of Church Hill to the State Textbook Commission.
