Tri-Cities.com reports that Bristol Tennessee Police arrested Travis Harold Taylor shortly after he attempted to rob the Volunteer Chevron on Volunteer Parkway Friday. Taylor allegedly asked a clerk for change and then demanded money from the cash register. A car pulled into the filling station’s parking lot immediately after, prompting Taylor to flee the Chevron on bicycle.
Apparently, Taylor was not a fast pedaler.
