I ditched the Hawkins County Lincoln Day dinner, where Republican Phil Roe really kicked off his campaign by taking aim at incumbent David Davis‘ shins. As it turns out, I was more eager to attend an event with their Rock-Star opponent Democrat Rob Russell.
