Kingsport Police have arrested Anthony Hicks in connection with the recent theft of hundreds of “Santa Train” totes. The arrest happened after a Kingsport detective spotted the stolen items at an auction. Another officer recognized the truck from surveillance video taken outside the Food City store on Eastman Road. Police say the auction organizers were able to provide them with more information about Hicks and the totes.
