A Hawkins County man remains behind bars this morning after deputies say he sexually assaulted a mentally challenged woman.
Deputies arrested Kenneth White on charges of aggravated burglary, sexual assault, and criminal exposure to AIDS.

Authorities say White broke into a home on Henard Road in Rogersville and sexually assaulted a 53 year old woman.  He ran away when the woman’s husband came home. Deputies later found him wandering the neighborhood without his clothes. White is being held in the Hawkins County jail. He could face more charges once the outcome of medical tests on the victim is known.
