CNN reports that former Tennessee Senator Fred Thompson will likely announce his presidential campaign in August rather than mid-July as so many expected. Kleinheider at Volunteer Voters predicted the August declaration… way back in April, stating:
“He will delay this decision as long as he possibly can. As long as he can is August. That is how it shall be, if it is to be at all.”
